'Ikafe' isn't a Japanese word either. Well, not a native Japanese word, anyway, because 'fe' is not a native Japanese sound.
Oh, and it can't be 'good coffee', either, because that's 'ii koohii'.
It could be from the Japanese messing up in reading the Korean word 'i kap he', assuming there is one, because they mess up in reading 'Kim Kap Hwan' and write that as 'Kim Kaffuan'. Unfortunately, I speak next to no Korean and so couldn't tell you if
the word/term 'i kap he' exists in the language. Ask Eugene. ^_^
